Information you send us
When you use the contact form we collect your name, organization (if given), email address, the inquiry type and your message, together with the time of submission and the page it was sent from. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to carry out that work.
Information collected automatically
This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions; Turnstile may set a cookie or local storage entry for that purpose. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Services that process your information
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and Turnstile verification.
- Resend — email delivery, forwarding form submissions to our mailbox.
- The online store and its payment provider — order, delivery and payment information for purchases, under the storefront's own checkout terms.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business, and in line with our record-keeping obligations. Order records are kept as required by law.
Your choices and questions
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Send privacy questions through the contact form, selecting Business Inquiries and marking the message "Privacy".
